The outstanding Krka Waterfalls National Park is named after the Krka river, which is a phenomenon while making its way to the Adriatic sea. Perfectly clear and green waters, many lakes, rapids and waterfalls, and water currents will steal your heart and make this excursion an unforgettable experience. In a just 50-minute drive from Zadar, we'll discover the magnificent Skradinski Buk - the loudest and best-known waterfall on the river Krka. The growth of travertine barriers at Skradinski Buk was caused by the unification of the waters of the Krka River with the three-kilometer lower current of the Čikola River at Roški slap, creating one of the most unusual and beautiful landscapes of the Krka National Park. In this pleasant walk through nature, as a knowledgeable local hiker, I will help you discover a unique beauty that you can't miss while visiting Croatia. . .
