Would you like to learn a lot about Budapest but only have one day? Then this is the perfect choice for you! With a 6 hours long tour I can show you the main attractions of my hometown, introducing you not only to it's history and culture, but also covering the traditions and everyday life of the Hungarians. I would like to show you Budapest from a locals perspective in a unique way and also show you a lot of those sights what you wont see during a 4 hours long tour.
After pick-up I'll take you up to the best view point of the city to Gellert hill, where we can have a great view of almost the entire city. - After that we drive along the Andrassy avenue where we can step in to the State Opera House then we go to Heroes square. - In the City park we will see one of the oldest Zoo & Circus and we visit the largest thermal bath in Central Europe, the Szechenyi Bath. - Then we go to downtown Pest we drive to the Saint Stephen Cathedral which is the second largest place of worship in Hungary. If you want we can go inside. - Before walking by the the Parliament we check out Liberty square which is a hidden gem in half ways between the cathedral and the Parliament. - Last but not least we drive to Buda, the old part of the city to explore the Castle District, the former Royal Palace, the Gothic revival Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion. All tours can be tailor made according to your interests and needs!
