P.E.I. , Lighthouses, and Honey Wine Private Tour

This tour will give you history, culture and economy of Charlottetown and Prince Edward Island as we pass through on our way to the North shore P. E. I. National Park. You will visit the Dalvay By The Sea resort where William & Kate spent part of their honeymoon then on to the Covehead Lighthouse, the sand dunes and The Dunes iconic Gardens, Art Gallery and Gift Shop. We will talk about the French Acadians, the first settlers on P. E. I. at our stop in Rustico to see P. E. I. 's first bank, oldest Catholic Church and a typical Acadian homestead of the late 1780's. Then it's on to North Rustico to talk about our lobster, oyster and mussel fishery and see our second lighthouse before we make our way through the red cliffs of Cavendish on our way to The P. E. I. Preserve Co and finally our visit to The Island Honey Winery as we make our way back to Charlottetown
